David Lynch RE:  Watching Films on a Telephone.

One technique Mr. Lynch might not be considering is the one where you hold the phone/screen just an inch or two away from your face, thus giving the movie roughly the same portion of your field-of-vision as you would were you sitting in a cinema, especially in the back rows.  Also, it helps to wear good headphones.  Although, if you have a good pair of headphones handy, it’s probably better to just listen to the movie with your eyes closed and imagine things.

Just in case anyone was wondering about David Lynch’s opinion of watching movies on your phone.  Or if anyone already knew his opinion but remained unsure how strongly he held said opinion.
